The beauty of rivers and lakes

• Most important field of operation is the dynamic simulation of wastewater treatment facilities. The software suite STOAT by our english co-operation partners Water Research centre plc (WRc), Swindon is used for this. Since foundation of our company in 2001 we developed quite a number of STOAT models for wastewater treatment facilities, mainly within the chemical industry. Compared to municipal wastewater treatment, a few particularities requiring special know-how have to be taken into account. This for example concerns CSB fractioning or the use of data from online measurements and process control systems. The results of the different simulations have reliably answered important questions for our clients and saved them alot of time and money.

• Another offering encompasses construction and maintenance of wastewater registers, e.g. in compliance with Appendix 22 of the Wastewater Ordinance (AbwV). This is based upon the software suite EnviDat/EnviMod/EnviReg. Until 2006 this software has been developed by the EnviaTec GmbH. In april 2006 the RISA Sicherheitsanalysen GmbH has aquired the rights to EnviDat & Co. and further develops the suite on their own. RISA is another important co-operator of EnviaTec GmbH.

• Furthermore we advise on many questions of technology and economic efficiency of facilities and processes in industrial wastewater treatment and on all questions pertaining to the Wastewater charge.
